Q:How Far is The Beach from The INN?
A: We are one mile (10 minute walk) to Calafia State Beach, 1.5 Miles from Trestles.
Q:Do you have kitchens in the rooms?
A: Each guest room offers a personal refrigerator and coffee maker, we have an outdoor kitchen that features a gas BBQ grill, gas cook top and microwave.
Q:Do the rooms have air conditioning?
A: No, we rely on ocean breezes and each room offers a standing or ceiling fan.
Q:Does The INN have a pool or Jacuzzi?
A: No.
Q:Are the rooms fancy?
A:No, our rooms are clean, cute and each one is a little different, they are efficient and many offer custom art work.
Q:Is there parking?
A:Yes, we offer parking for ONE car per room, additional parking MAY be available behind the motel, but we cannot guarantee this and we cannot accomodate more than one car per guest room.
Q:Is there a restaurant onsite or breakfast offered?
A:No, we do not have a food service outlet and breakfast is not offered, however, we have several cafe's, restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
Q:What time is Check-in?
A:3PM check in and 11AM check out.
Q:What is max occupancy?
A: 2 adults in a Queen room and up to 4 adults in a 2 bedroom (the 2 bedroom offers one queen size bed in the main room and a double/full size bed in the second room). We do not have a sofa or a rollaway for rooms. Additional guests will incur an additional charge, we limit occupancy for your comfort.
Q:Is the 2 Bedroom a Suite?
A:No, The 2 bedrooms offer a queen size bed in the main room and the second room is just a BED room offering a double/full size bed ONLY.
Q:Are Pets Allowed?
A:NO, sorry, not at this time. Pets are not allowed in rooms or on property, we have a strict policy and charge a $150 fee if this policy is violated.
Q:Do you have smoking rooms?
A:NO, smoking is allowed in the courtyard and outside guest rooms. We have a strict policy and charge a $200 fee if smoking was suspected or obvious.
